In 2017, agency Droga5 led CoverGirl’s brand relaunch in an effort to transform the cosmetic powerhouse to a more innovative, inclusive, and tech savvy brand. While at MI&C, I helped translate that vision into a social and digital strategy, pioneering new content formats, helping to manage monthly shoots and overhauling e-blasts. Growing up seeing my mother’s CoverGirl makeup and using their products myself as a teen, bringing their new strategy to life on social media and being able to assist in the brand’s innovation as an adult was magical.
